How do I become a consignor?

Register online to become a Consignor.  You will then be assigned a consignor number that you will use for this sale and for any future sales you register for. Once you register, you can begin tagging your items for the sale.  There is a $10 registration fee that helps cover our costs of renting our location, garment racks, insurance and other equipment.

Who can get a ‘shop early’ pass?

Volunteers are the first to shop!  Consignors & New Moms also shop early!

Click to learn more about volunteers  Please note: If you are not a consignor, you can still volunteer to shop early!

How are the prices set?

Each consignor sets their own prices.  We recommend pricing 25% of the original price.  See our pricing guidelines

When pricing, keep in mind:

· The lower you price your item, the more likely it will sell

· Prices cannot be adjusted during the sale and there is no negotiating selling prices

· You have the option to discount your items by 50% during the last hour of the sale (you can elect this when you create your product tag online)

· Think about what you would pay for the item

How are items tagged?

Once you register as a consignor, you can start tagging your items right away.  Our tagging system allows us to keep inventory of what you will bring to our sale as well as track your sales. Read more about item tagging .  All items must be entered online & tagged by you prior to dropping them off.

When are items dropped off?

You drop off your items during drop-off hours as specified on the calendar .  At drop-off, we will inspect your items to be sure they are all hung and tagged(tagging is done by you at home using our online tagging system).  At drop-off, you will pass in a self-addressed stamped envelope for us to mail your check.  Once your items are checked in, you will help to put them on the sales floor in the proper locations.

What if items do not sell?

You specify on your product tag if you want the item returned or donated to charity in the event it does not sell.  Item pick up will be following the close of the sale for 1 hour as specified on the calendar. If you cannot pick up your items at that time, please arrange for someone else to pick them up.  You will need your consignor number to pick up your items. It is your responsibility to make sure you have all of your items upon leaving.  Please note: Any items not picked up during the specified time, will be donated.  The truck will be loaded promptly after as we will need to vacate our rented space.  We are sorry that we cannot search for items once loaded on the truck.
